To assemble, place the elements at a 90° angle to each other, snap them into place at the bottom end, and then slide them over each other. The use of foods and spices with a high carotene content (e.g. carrots, bell peppers, curry) may lead to discolouration of the material, but this does not affect its functionality or quality.
