Clean the product with warm water and a mild dishwashing detergent before first use.
Do not continue to use the product if it is damaged.
Store in a dust-free, dry and hygienic place.
Aniseed-based drinks such as Pernod, Anis, Ricard, Raki and Ouzo can damage the material. We recommend rinsing the glasses immediately after use. Milky drinks can also leave stubborn residues, so here too, rinse the glasses immediately.
Care instructions
Koziol products are dishwasher safe – please follow the care instructions below for a long lifespan.
Always place glasses loosely in the dishwasher's basket and clean at a maximum of 70°C.
Use only mild dishwashing detergent, suitable salt, and rinse aid.
Please do not use abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners. When washing by hand, it is best to use a soft cloth.
For polishing, it is best to use soft microfiber cloths.
